Navigate to "My Account" and select "Change Password". Enter your current password followed by your desired new password in the designated fields.

Within your My Account section, you'll find an option labeled "Deactivate Account". Simply provide the reason for deactivation, and your account will be deactivated. Please be aware that deactivating your account will result in the loss of all saved designs. If you decide to reactivate your account in the future, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

Navigate to "My Account" and select "My Profile". Then, simply replace the current contact information with your updated details, and remember to click "Update" to confirm the changes.

In order to place an order, it's necessary to have your own account with Hightech Signs. To create one, navigate to the upper right corner of the screen and click on "Login". On this page, you can see the Sign Up section and fill in all the required fields with your complete details. Once completed, check your registered email address for a verification email from us. Alternatively, you can also log in using your Google or Facebook account via the login page.

We provide instant online pricing for our products. The price of your order will be displayed on the Product Order page. Please keep in mind that this may vary based on the specifications you select for the product (such as paper type, size, color, quantity, etc.). Additionally, if you require custom quotes, you can reach out to our support team for assistance.

After your order has been dispatched, you can track its progress by clicking on the "Track My Order" button located in the My Orders section of your account.

Placing an order on our website is straightforward. Simply navigate to the product page of the item you wish to purchase. Choose your desired template and customize it to suit your needs. The price of your order will be calculated automatically once you've selected the product specifications. Complete the payment process to finalize your order—it's that simple.

There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options. 

1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images. 
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.

The turnaround time depends on the specific product and is determined by the number of business days required for production. We will initiate processing your order once the following criteria are me:

• The print-ready artwork has been uploaded
• Full payment has been received
• The customer has approved the PDF proof

Our delivery services encompass the entire process from processing and printing to drying, packaging, and shipping your order to you. The speed of delivery varies depending on product availability and the shipping address.

Shipping charges are determined by factors such as the quantity and weight of packages, the destination ZIP code, and the selected shipping service.

We use digital CMYKprinting, which provides the highest quality of printed materials for both text and images.

300 dpi (dots per inch) is the resolution of the output PDF file.

Our system supports CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) for producing digital prints. We have accurately mapped color pallet to match CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, key) to ensure proper 4-color printing.  If you have a specific Pantone Color you would like us to match, please have that indicated in your artwork and list those Pantone colors in your order options.

You have the freedom to personalize any product from our selection. Whether it's business cards or posters, our custom printing service is here to provide you with the tools necessary to promote your business effectively.

Images may appear blurry in print due to low resolution, resulting in pixelation. To address this issue, use an image with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

If you provide Pantone colors in your art and on your order, we will work hard to match those as close as possitle.  If art is provide in CMYK or RGB format, we also strive to achieve the closest possible color match for your artwork. Yet, exact replication isn't always guaranteed due to factors like texture, finish, and material type used in the project, which may impact the colors on the final printed product.
