Ordering Graphics for Connected Frames
Our standard Silicone Edge Graphics are sized to fit individual SEG frames. If you are connecting multiple frames to create a larger wall or custom layout, your graphic can be produced in one of three ways:
One graphic for each individual frame, one large graphic spanning the entire display, or several larger graphics covering multiple connected frames.
For multi-frame layouts, please upload a simple drawing showing the size and position of each frame. This helps us determine where the frame connections are located so we can add the necessary fabric notches for a proper fit.

Fabric options are Nirvana which is a black-backed blockout fabric. Great if you have a light source behind the display and you don't want it showing through and Review 2.0. Review 2.0 is our eco-fabric, as it is made from 100% post consumer waste. If you want to use Review 2.0 and there is going to be a light source behind the display, we can create a reusable blockout liner for your frame.
Our standard production time is 5 business days from the moment your order and proof are approved to the ship date.
Shipping typically takes an additional 1–5 business days, depending on your location and shipping method.
We always work to complete orders as quickly as possible, and it’s common for orders to ship earlier than scheduled.
Large or complex orders may require additional time. If that’s the case, we’ll contact you to discuss timing and available options.

Select one of the following options:
• Upload Design — Upload your own artwork
(Best: vector files — .AI, .PDF, .SVG, .EPS with fonts outlined and linked images embedded)
• Custom Design — Build your design from scratch using our Online Designer Studio
Color & File Guidelines:
• We print in CMYK only
• For exact color, apply Pantone colors in your artwork and list them in the Pantone Colors field when ordering
• Delete unused colors before uploading
Image files:
Minimum 150 DPI at final size (300+ DPI recommended)
Accepted image types: .JPG, .TIF
(PNG is not ideal for print but acceptable if necessary)
Quality Check Notice
If your file is low resolution and may appear pixelated in the final print, we will contact you before production to review options and ensure the best possible result.
Color Matching Note
When Pantone colors are not provided, we match as closely as possible to the proof and ensure consistency across multiple products.
